We accept Credit Cards; Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, Discover - Checks, Money Orders, and WESTERN-UNION transfers.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments can be processed through our secure credit card processing page. To fax or mail a credit-card order, place the items in your shopping cart that you want, proceed to the checkout area and select Mail/Fax as your payment method. Fill out your credit card information and fax the order to us at (316) 462-0550 or mail the order to the address below. Be sure to include your correct e-mail address and phone number so we can contact you if there is a problem processing your order. Kansas residents add 6.85% sales tax.

   • Fill out the necesarry "Send Money" form, ask agent if you need assistance
   • They will require a valid ID
   • You can pay with cash, a bank debit card or credit cCard
   • Western Union will charge you a money transfer fee

Shipping Information

Items purchased from HerbalFire.com will typically be shipped within three business days. Items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We charge a flat fee of $5.00 per order for shipping and handling for orders inside the U.S. Orders outside the United States will be charged $10 for shipping.

While we do try to ship within three business days, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

International orders are welcome. Please check with local laws and customs regarding the importation of the products you want to order.
